Ali Palmieri studied his craft in Italy where he got his formal training in hospitality and his qualifications as a pastry chef.
He has worked in venues across the globe: the Sydney Opera house, the Barcelona Arts Hotel, high end catering in London and even applying his craft in private yachts and cruise ships.
Of course, food is not where his passions begin and end. He loves motorbike riding and water sports like surfing and kite surfing. Traveling is high on his list of self improvement and every down season is an opportunity to travel the globe to collect new inspiration and rejuvenate the menu of 21 Restaurante.
